Job summary

• Import and manage deliverables within project controls software for tracking and action.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting of interconnect submittal status and critical path milestones.
• Prepare reports and coordinate follow-up actions for interconnection dashboard meetings.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on project controls software for agreement task imports and updates.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure scope compliance.
• Support project execution timelines from initial field turnover through to project completion.

Role Overview

The Interconnection Coordinator coordinates critical submittals and interconnect deliverables between internal construction site teams, corporate offices, Transmission Owners and Operators, and Power Purchasing Agreement clients. This position reviews complex agreements, establishes tracking mechanisms for deliverables, and provides regular reporting to maintain project schedules. The successful candidate coordinates multiple projects annually in a highly collaborative and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Purchase Power Agreements and Interconnect Agreements to develop comprehensive lists of deliverables.
• Import and manage deliverables within project controls software for tracking and action.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting of interconnect submittal status and critical path milestones.
• Prepare reports and coordinate follow-up actions for interconnection dashboard meetings.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on project controls software for agreement task imports and updates.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure scope compliance.

Required Qualifications

Education: Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management Professional certification is preferred.

Experience: Professional experience managing projects, contract administration, and project timelines. Experience with infrastructure or construction projects is highly valued.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with contract interpretation, legal terminology, and project controls software. Strong familiarity with office productivity software is required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-criticality project deliverables independently.
• Established capabilities in building professional working relationships with diverse internal entities.
