• Expert knowledge in counterintelligence missions, authorities, and organizations.
• Expert knowledge of IC organizations; mission posture, structures, capabilities, processes, and policy development.
• Superior ability to anticipate issues relevant to the IC and US Government.
• Superior leadership to lead interagency groups and build coalitions.
• Superior analytical and critical thinking; strategic requirements and evaluation.
• Manage strategic and tactical topics with innovative recommendations.
• Superior interpersonal skills for independent or collaborative work.
• Superior oral and written communication; draft and edit complex reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interagency partners, including IC, DoD, NT-50s, and USG.
• Oversee governance structures to ensure timely decisions.
• Coordinate strategy development with senior policymakers across the IC.
• Lead briefings, reports, and presentations to organizational leadership.
• Develop recommendations aligning IC programs with strategic objectives.
• Foster productive relationships with senior policymakers to meet requirements.
• Guide and monitor enterprise objectives across the IC/USG.
