Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of related experience in cash handling or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and professional video presence.
• Willingness to learn banking systems and Interactive Video Teller technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service greeting customers with a smile and warm tone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers accurately.
• Guide customers on banking products and services.
• Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues with poise.
• Communicate clearly as the voice of the bank.
• Master Interactive Video Teller technology and ensure smooth transactions.
