Job summary

AGS LLC is seeking an Account Manager- Interactive to drive revenue in the interactive gambling space. You will report to the VP Interactive and own client development, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to maximize value.

The role requires 3-5 years in interactive gambling account management, strong presentation skills, and a proactive, data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and partnerships. Eligible for an on-site role in Las Vegas with AGS’s dynamic growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/marketing or related field
• 3-5 years of account management experience in interactive gambling industry preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and manage client plans and pipelines

Responsibilities

• Own account development based on clients' KPIs
• Collaborate with operators to align AGS offerings with business objectives
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost momentum with AGS products
• Manage day-to-day client operations including roadmaps, delivery, reporting, and ROI insights
• Analyze operator sites and recommend data-backed optimizations
• Advise clients on product placement strategy using data-driven results
• Work cross-functionally with game development, marketing, customer service and commercial teams
• Create and deliver proposals and presentations communicating AGS value
• Meet operators regularly to execute business strategy and build relationships
• Provide excellent ongoing support and education to clients
• Plan high-level initiatives aligning AGS products with operator objectives
• Share industry insights and stay updated on trends
• Attend conferences/training to deliver value for AGS
