Job summary

AMIkids, Inc. is seeking a Human Service Professional to evaluate and provide care for youth in residential services in Columbia, SC. The position involves developing Individual Care Plans, liaising with parents and agencies, and administering first aid when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in behavioral science and three years of experience working with youth. AMIkids offers many benefits including health insurance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral science required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in related field, preferably working with youth.
• State license or experience under supervision of a licensed clinical professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate youth needs using an evidence-based assessment.
• Serve as a liaison between the parents and the program.
• Develop and maintain Individual Care Plan (ICP) for each youth.
• Schedule and conduct regular counseling sessions with youth.
• Administer first aid and CPR during emergencies.
