Job summary

AMIkids Inc. is looking for a Director of Operations to lead Youth Care Specialists and ensure the safety and proper management of programs for troubled youth in Patrick, SC. You will be responsible for coordinating staffing schedules, supervising program activities, and promoting a positive and safe environment for youth. Qualifications

• Minimum one year supervisory experience, two years preferred.
• Experience in educational or youth service programs preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise youth and staff in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate daily staffing schedules ensuring required ratios.
• Oversee program activities and field trips.
