Oceans Behavioral Hospital DeRidder is seeking an Intensive Outpatient Program therapist to deliver direct clinical services, assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning for adults and seniors with anxiety, depression and related conditions.

You will provide individual, family, and/or group therapy, participate in multidisciplinary care, and facilitate inpatient support as needed within a compassionate treatment team.

Formación

• Minimum CSW/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPC-A (TX Only) or Psychologist.
• 0 to 1 year post-graduate clinical experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to provide age-appropriate care and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical services per professional standards.
• Plan and conduct group therapy as assigned by program leadership.
• Conduct and interpret Comprehensive Integrated Assessment.
• Develop Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan with attending physician.
• Perform case management and discharge planning.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and summarize progress.
• Deliver ethical patient care with sensitivity to age and disability needs.
• Identify safety and psychosocial needs; adapt communication for patients and families.
• Coordinate with patient support system during discharge planning.
