Oceans Behavioral Hospital Lake Charles is seeking an Intensive Outpatient Program therapist to provide direct clinical services, conduct assessments, and participate in treatment planning. The role supports adults and seniors with anxiety, depression and related conditions in an inpatient/outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include group therapy, case management and discharge planning, with multidisciplinary team collaboration and patient-centered care throughout treatment.

Qualifications

• Clinical licensure as CSW/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPC-A or Psychologist.
• 0 to 1 year post-graduate experience in clinical practice.
• Must pass CPR certification and Oceans approved behavioral de-escalation program.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct clinical services in accordance with accepted standards of social/work clinical practice.
• Plans and conducts group therapy as assigned by the Director of Intensive Outpatient Program or physician's order.
• Conducts, assesses and interprets completion of Comprehensive Integrated Assessment.
• Reviews all Multidisciplinary assessments and compiles a Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan under the supervision of the attending physician.
• Performs case management and discharge planning as assigned by the Director of Intensive Outpatient Program.
• Attends multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and provides updates on patient progress toward treatment goals.
