Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. seeks a Therapist to provide mental health support and counseling for individuals and families within an intensive outpatient program (IOTSS).

The role includes individual, group, and family therapy, plus case management and medication management while operating on a flexible hybrid schedule. Applicants will hold a Master’s in Counseling or Social Work, be eligible for LAC/LCSW licensure, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work; eligible for professional licenses (LAC/LCSW); bilingual ability is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, family and group counseling in an intensive outpatient setting.
• Create thorough assessments to identify client strengths and needs.
• Develop personalized, client-centered treatment plans to guide progress.
• Coordinate care with external providers and support networks.
• Ensure documentation supports billing and regulatory standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
