The Raleigh House, a nationally recognized mental health and substance abuse treatment provider, has expanded its residential services into the Denver Tech Center. We’re seeking motivated and passionate therapists to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of an organization focused on clinical excellence, providing an integrative approach with traditional, holistic, and experiential therapies.

The Raleigh House has been serving the Denver Metro area for over 16 years, offering comprehensive mental health, trauma, and substance treatment. We are dedicated to personalized, integrative care and committed to changing the lives of those we serve.

We are seeking a licensed master's level clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong group and individual therapist, dynamic, insightful, adaptable in intervention models to meet client needs, detail-oriented, and skilled in follow-up.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and seek growth opportunities

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or higher
• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Current Colorado licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC)
• Additional certifications like CAS, CAT, or LAC are a plus
• Experience in SUD and behavioral health is preferred

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and licensure
