This full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday position is 100% onsite and will float between all Denver Guidelight locations: Central Park, Cherry Creek, Denver Tech Center, and Downtown Denver. The role serves both Adult and Adolescent PHP populations. Float differential offered.

Independent licensure required: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

A Therapist Role at Guidelight Health

We are seeking dedicated Therapists, Counselors, and Social Workers to provide services to Adults and Adolescents in the PHP setting. We welcome innovative mental health professionals to enrich our programs and deliver top-notch care.

Therapists will provide direct care to clients admitted in PHP, including initial evaluations, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and crisis management. They will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment within their scope of training, experience, and competency.

Requirements
Qualities of a Guidelight Health Therapist
  • Clinical experience working with Adolescents and Adults
  • Understanding of modalities including DBT, CBT, ACT, MI
  • Confidence in facilitating group therapy and willingness to follow established curricula
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding and appreciation of cultural inclusivity and diversity
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution (License-Eligible program required)
  • Colorado state independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) required
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in higher level of care (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn department-specific software (preferred)

Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD
