Oceans Behavioral Hospital Alexandria is seeking an Intensive Outpatient Program therapist to provide direct clinical services, develop and lead group therapy sessions, and assist with discharge planning. The role involves coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to support treatment goals for adults and seniors with anxiety, depression and related conditions.

Minimum qualification is a CSW/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPC-A (TX Only) or Psychologist, with 0–1 year post-graduate experience in clinical

Formación

• Clinical social work licensure or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year post-graduate clinical practice experience.
• Ability to conduct assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical services based on standard social/work practice.
• Plan and conduct group therapy as directed by program leadership.
• Complete Comprehensive Integrated Assessments and Treatment Plans.
• Develop multidisciplinary summaries and coordinate care with team.
• Perform case management and discharge planning.
• Attend treatment team meetings and report patient progress.
• Deliver ethical care respecting patient dignity and diversity.
