Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services seeks a licensed or qualified professional to provide diverse psychosocial evaluation and therapy in a high-intensity clinical environment in Concord, NC. The role supports independent decision-making and may involve leadership or training of counselors and interns.

Under indirect supervision, you will deliver psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and participate in treatment planning while contributing to a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling or human services.
• QP designation required.
• Two years of experience with the population served.
• One year of experience working with Adolescence.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group and family therapy and completes related paperwork.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case support activities.
• Provides crisis intervention consultation to the team.
• Participates in peer review process for therapists.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Pay Scale

QP: $23.07/hr.-$24.04/hr.

Summary

Under indirect supervision, provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, counseling therapy, crisis intervention services in a high-intensity clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making. May be asked to lead, or train lower level counselors, students and/or interns engaged in therapeutic patient care activities, as appropriate to the individual position.

• Participates in peer review process for therapists
