Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services in Lexington, NC is seeking a licensed clinician to provide a range of psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and counseling therapies in a high-intensity clinical setting. The role may involve leading or training interns and engaging in crisis intervention as needed.

Under indirect supervision, you will participate in treatment planning and document therapy activities, contributing to a team focused on recovery and health for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or other Human Services field; Qualified Professional (QP) designation required.
• AND one year of experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group and family therapy and subsequent paperwork.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, case support activities
• Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team
• Participates in peer review process for therapists
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Pay Scale: $23.07/hr.-$24.03/hr.

Summary:

• Under indirect supervision, provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, counseling therapy, crisis intervention services in a high-intensity clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making.May be asked to lead, or train lower level counselors, students and/or interns engaged in therapeutic patient care activities, as appropriate to the individual position.
