Pay is based off education, experience, and certification level. Plus, shift differential for Nights and Weekends.
Shift: Nights 8pm-8am
Under indirect supervision, provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, crisis intervention services in a high-intensity clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making. Most aspects of this job require clinical assessment and evaluation skills to consumers that report in crisis to a variety of community settings including magistrate’s office, community sites, and DAYMARK Service Areas in crisis. Case management/supportive services for disposition of cases is also a core function of this job.
Provides psychoeducation as indicated in the PCP.
Assists with crisis interventions.
Assists the team leader with behavioral and substance use disorder interventions.
Assists with the development of relapse prevention and disease management strategies.
Participates in the initial development, implementation, and ongoing revision of the PCP.
Communicates the beneficiary’s progress and the effectiveness of the strategies and interventions to the team leader as outlined in the PCP.
Units Billed Minimum Requirement: The direct service guideline is 75% of time spent in specific billable contacts per week in the community. (120 units a week)

Must fall under one of the two tech levels below AND be able to demonstrate 1 year of experience providing crisis care in assertive outreach, assertive community treatment, emergency departments, inpatient units, or other services providing comprehensive emergency/crisis services.
