Job summary

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Intensive Home-Based Treatment Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team. You will work with children, adolescents, and families in home and community settings, delivering intensive, individualized therapy and coordinating with an IHBT Care Coordinator.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and documentation to maintain compliance and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Ohio licensure (LPC/LSW/LMFT or equivalent) preferred.
• At least one year of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Ability to travel to client homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify client strengths, needs, challenges, family dynamics, living situations, and support systems.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing complex mental health needs.
• Provide intensive therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, and families in homes and community settings.
• Use evidence-based approaches including family therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed care.
• Coordinate with IHBT Care Coordinator and other professionals involved in client care.
• Ensure documentation and service delivery meet departmental fiscal and compliance expectations.
