Job summary

Bay State Community Services (BSCS) is seeking a compassionate Clinician to join our Intensive Home Based Family Services team. You will provide intensive family therapy and care coordination in home and community settings, working with children, youth, and families to prevent hospitalization or higher levels of care.

You will join a multidisciplinary team with supervision toward licensure requirements, ongoing training, and opportunities for certification in evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and clinical communication skills.
• If not license-eligible, a master’s in Mental Health field with 2 years of relevant experience with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Work in a strength-based family-focused team approach.
• Provide intensive family therapy and robust care coordination in-home and in the community.
• Strengthen family systems to support youth at home and in the community.
• Complete intake, comprehensive assessment, and develop a treatment plan with caregiver and youth.
