Eliot Community Human Services in Massachusetts seeks a dedicated Family-Based Intensive Treatment Clinician to deliver in-home and community-based therapy for children, youth, and families with complex behavioral health needs.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, participate in after-hours on-call rotation, and help develop safety and values-based treatment plans to support positive outcomes for families. Salary ranges are provided.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field; license eligible.
• Able to provide in-home and community-based support to families with behavioral health needs.
• Experience with crisis intervention and safety planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct in-home, therapeutic interventions with families and children.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of strengths and needs.
• Develop values-based treatment and safety plans; update as needed.
• Offer emergency response and intensive outreach during crises.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments and coordinate care across teams.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with internal and external programs to ensure continuum of care.
