The Clinician/Clinical Therapist position supports the Safe & Stable program across Greater Boston, offering meaningful, hands-on family work and a strong emphasis on outcome-driven care. You'll conduct assessments, build treatment plans, and collaborate with a Therapeutic Mentor to help families reach their goals.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• CANS certification or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with families.
• Use motivational interviewing and other evidence-based techniques to strengthen parenting skills and improve youth's emotional and behavioral functioning.
• Build and maintain risk assessments and safety plans.
• Partner closely with each family's Therapeutic Mentor to carry out the treatment plan.
• Coordinate with DCF social workers and other providers to support each family's progress.
• Travel to meet with families and providers throughout Greater Boston.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
