Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation seeks an In-Home Therapy Clinician to deliver family-centered behavioral health services in homes and communities under the Massachusetts CBHI initiative. You will support children and adolescents (0–21) and their families, building skills and stabilizing environments with trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

The role requires strong clinical skills, independence, and flexibility to work afternoons/evening hours.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Driver’s license – class C or D.
• Behavioral Health clinical license eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist)
• CANS certified
• 1–3 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, structured family therapy in home and community settings.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ongoing therapeutic interventions using CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, ARC, motivational interviewing, and family systems approaches.

What You’ll Do:

Direct Clinical Care

• Provideintensive, structured family therapy in home and community settings.
• Conductcomprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ongoing therapeutic interventions using models such asCBT, TF-CBT, DBT, ARC, motivational interviewing, and family systems approaches.

Team-Based & Coordinated Care

• Collaborate closely with aTherapeutic Training & Support (TT&S) worker as part of the IHT team model.
• Coordinate care withschools, primary care providers, DCF, DMH, and other service providers.
• Participate inwraparound meetings to ensure holistic, integrated care.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintainaccurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with CBHI and MassHealth standards.
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document services and track progress.

Professional Development & Collaboration

• Participate inregular supervision, team meetings, and trainings.
• Stay current withevidence-based practices and emerging clinical approaches.
