Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN) seeks a FIT Clinician to deliver intensive family therapy and stabilization within the CBHI framework in youth and family settings. You will engage with families, coordinate with schools, and help develop individualized care plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration, safety planning, and community-based care, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits. Massachusetts licensure eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field and MA license-eligibility.
• CANS-MA certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Knowledge of SED, treatment techniques, and child-serving systems.
• Experience with family-centered interventions and family therapy strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive family therapy and stabilization in home and community settings.
• Conduct 3-5 weekly family therapy sessions and comprehensive assessments.
• Co-facilitate team meetings and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct safety planning and risk management at intake and during treatment.
• Collaborate with FIT family partners, outreach workers, schools and providers.
• Support transitions to community-based services after FIT discharge.
• Provide after-hours phone support and participate in on-call rotation.
