New York City Criminal Justice Agency (CJA) in Queens, NY is seeking a Clinical Case Manager I within Integrated Case Management (ICM). The role supports youth and adults with high-need needs, focusing on mental health, substance use, and court engagement.

Travel across boroughs is expected, with some work in Queens Criminal Court and at our offices in Kew Gardens and Long Island City. The position requires an MSW or relevant master's degree, knowledge of NYC court operations is preferred, and

Qualifications

• MSW or relevant master’s degree required.
• Knowledge of NYC Court Operations preferred.
• Experience serving clients in the community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing conditions of release and program agreements with participants.
• Conducting intake/assessment interviews to identify needs.
• Monitoring a high-risk caseload and making referrals to services.
• Maintaining contact with participants, preparing progress reports for court.
• Attending court dates and coordinating with defense attorneys and agencies.
• Completing documentation and reporting requirements in the agency database.
