Job summary

Pride Health seeks an experienced ICU RN for night shifts in Kenner, Louisiana. You will provide critical care with Epic EMR and must have at least 2 years of recent ICU experience, plus active Compact RN licensure and required certifications.

You’ll work 36 hours weekly (3 shifts) with a pay rate of $57.06 per hour, plus stipends and gold-standard benefits including comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, life and disability insurance, EAP, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience.
• Core clinical skills and competencies for critical care.
• Active Compact RN License at time of submission.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing in ICU per patient needs.
• Support shift requirements including orientation modules.
• Coordinate care with ICU team during night shifts.

Scheduling & Contract Requirements

• Night Shift: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 3 shifts per week (36 hours)
• Weekend and holiday coverage may be required
• Modules are billable and completed during orientation

PAY PACKAGE:

Hourly Pay: $57.06/hr

Breakdown

• W2 - $19/hr
• Stipends: $1370 (non-taxable)

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
