• Experience navigating child/family–serving systems and advocating for families in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services with state agencies, schools, primary care, and other providers as indicated in the ICP.
• Develop, implement, and update ICPs in collaboration with families and collaterals.
• Provide after-hours phone support and arrange home visit support as needed.
