Maxim Healthcare in (insert location) is hiring an Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to work with children and/or adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• At least 18 years of age and prior experience with individuals with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services.
• Assist with daily activities targeting self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor, and crisis intervention.
• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, meals, dressing, and mobility as needed.
• Implement and collect data on behaviors and goals from the Behavior Support Plan.
