Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring an Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to work with children and/or adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors. You will provide one-to-one behavioral intervention, assist with daily activities, collect data, and implement the Behavior Support Plan.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of experience with special needs, CPR/First Aid certification, and TB testing within 90 days; willingness to obtain required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in educational or healthcare setting preferred.
• 1 year of experience with individuals with special needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services.
• Assist with daily activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavior areas.
• Implement and collect data for the Behavior Support Plan.
