Job summary

Geo Owl in El Paso, TX seeks a Joint Operations Center (JOC) Intelligence Analyst to support a high-priority Special Operations mission. You will join the 24/7 watch floor, maintain situational awareness, and coordinate operational activities for command decisions.

Responsibilities include ISR mission support, target/network analysis, timely intelligence reports, and secure handling of data across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS. DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of intelligence analysis experience.
• Experience supporting ISR missions, including FMV Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination.
• Experience preparing intelligence reports, operational summaries, or command briefings.
• Working knowledge of Intelligence Community directives, intelligence reporting standards, and intelligence tradecraft.
• Must have a current and active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

• Handle and secure data on NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS per policy.
• Monitor classified/unclassified intel on Go Mexico and cartel activity in Mexico.
• Support ISR missions and feeds to maintain situational awareness.

We are currently seeking aJoint Operations Center (JOC)Intelligence Analystto support operations inEl Paso, TX.This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start dateof October 1, 2026.This is afull-time, CONUSposition requiring an active DoDTS/SCILevel clearance.

As aJoint Operations Center (JOC)Intelligence Analystsyou willsupport a high-priority Special Operations and Joint Interagency mission in El Paso, Texas. This position serves as a critical member of the operationswatchfloor,maintainingsituational awareness, integrating intelligence, coordinating operational activities, and supporting command decision-making in a dynamic, 24/7 mission environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and actively support ongoing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions to provide situational awareness and operational support.

• Conduct target and adversary network analysis and development within specified Named Areas of Interest (NAIs) to support current and future operations.

• Produce anddisseminatetimelyandaccurateintelligence reports, summaries, and briefings to the JOCwatchfloor and command leadership.

• Maintain accurate, detailed logs of operational activities, intelligence observations, and mission-critical events.

• Utilize various intelligence databases, geospatial analysis tools, and communication systems to support the JOC's common operational picture.

• Provide written and verbal reports to command and higher headquarters asrequiredto provide situational awareness of ongoing intelligence operations.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor'sdegreefrom an accredited college or university.

Required Qualifications

• Shalldemonstrateat least 5 years of intelligence analysis experience.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting ISR missions, including the ability to perform Full Motion Video (FMV) Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED).

• Experience in supporting ISR missions, including the ability to perform Full Motion Video (FMV) Processing,Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED).

• Experience preparing intelligence reports, operational summaries, or command briefings.

• Working knowledge of Intelligence Community directives, intelligence reporting standards, and intelligence tradecraft.

• Must have a current and activeDoWTS/SCIsecurity clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications will receive elevated consideration:

• Experience supporting USSOCOM, USNORTHCOM, Joint Task Forces, Special Mission Units (SMUs), or Joint Interagency organizations.

• Experience as a Joint Operations Center Watch Officer, Operations Specialist, ISR Tactical Controller, Intelligence Watch Officer, or Command Center operator.

• Familiarity with Maven Smart System and other ISR exploitation tools.

• ExperienceutilizingOpen-Source Intelligence (OSINT) platforms and classified intelligence systems.

• ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) Certification or equivalent operational ISR experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior military leadership.

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, supporting 24/7 operations.

Travel Requirements

Up to10%travelfor Temporary Duty (TDY) by motor vehicle and/or air travelmay berequired; some overnight stayspossible.Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
