We are currently seeking Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tactical Controllers (ITCs) to support operations in El Paso, TX. This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date of October 1, 2026. This is a full-time, CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI Level clearance.
What You’ll Do
As an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tactical Controllers (ITCs) you will have an opportunity to work at the operational center of ISR integration—dynamically directing multi-domain ISR assets, synchronizing intelligence collection, and supporting real-world operations in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. Unlike traditional ISR positions, this role emphasizes operational ISR Tactical Control rather than PED or imagery exploitation. This role falls under Intelligence Analyst within our compensation framework. This position reports to the Hiring Manager.
- Dynamically task, control, andoptimizemulti-domain ISR assets tomaintainpersistent situational awareness across complex operational environments.
- Execute cross cueing and dynamic re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time sensitive targets.
- Assist with daily operations center reporting and process to include assisting with the development of operational summaries, story boards, images and video capturing.
- Present decision makers with findings, options, and recommendations through coordination and participation in cross-organizational engagements.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
- ITC course graduate (service agnostic). Maintain certification by having performed as an ITC within the last 14 months.
- Demonstrated at least 2 years' experience and capabilities within a military setting for managing a multitude of tasks associated with being an ISR Tactical Controller.
- Demonstrated experience in controlling multiple ISR assets within CCMD airspace.
- Technical Expertise:
- Experience supporting dynamic ISR collection management, cross-cueing, and sensor tasking.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in support of 24/7 operations.
- Clearance:
- Must have a current and active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Previousexperience supporting USSOCOM, USNORTHCOM, Joint Task Forces, Special Mission Units (SMUs), or Joint Interagency organizations.
- Experience coordinating multi-domain ISR operations involving airborne, maritime, and ground collection platforms.
- Familiarity with intelligence collection management, ISR synchronization, and operational planning processes.
- Familiarity with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting methodology.
- Experience briefing senior military leadership on ISR operations, collection strategies, and operational recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability tooperateeffectively in high-tempo operational environments.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 10% travel for Temporary Duty Yonder (TDY) by motor vehicle and/or air travel may be required; some overnight stays possible.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Periods of prolonged sitting and/or standing, including desk-based computer work.
