Job summary

Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is seeking a Social Science Student Trainee (Intelligence) for the DSE '27 Cohort. Open to full-time students with a 3.0 GPA who will remain enrolled through October 2028.

The Summer Cohort runs 31 May to 20 August 2027 with a minimum of 10 weeks (400 hours). You will work on applied I-O psychology projects within the HCMO Strategy team, assisting with workforce planning, competency and succession management, and survey development and

Qualifications

Open to undergraduate and graduate students with a 3.0/4.0 GPA.
Maintain full-time student status through October 2028.
Students must attend for a minimum of 10 weeks (400 hours).
Position is a temporary, non-competitive internship in DCIPS.
Telework eligible but not a full-time telework position.

Responsibilities

Assist with applied industrial-organizational psychology projects within the HCMO Strategy team.
Support strategic workforce planning, competency management, succession management, and employee survey development and analysis.
Apply both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
