Job summary

Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) invites students to join the DSE 27 Cohort, a temporary internship program. Participants must remain full-time students through October 2028 with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and will engage in instructional design support, training delivery coordination, and program evaluation.

The position runs through Sept 4, 2027 and requires US citizenship. Summer cohort runs May–Aug 2027 with a 10-week minimum attendance and 400 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required through Oct 2028.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instructional design and development using ADDIE or similar methodologies.
• Coordinate training delivery resources and communication.
• Support evaluation and data collection to measure training effectiveness.
• Provide input to senior management on leadership development activities.
• Help administer short- and long-range plans and project tracking.
