Job summary

BTS Software Solutions seeks a Junior Intelligence Recruiter to join our team fulltime in Columbia, MD, with hybrid work. You will recruit cleared personnel for CONUS/OCONUS programs, leveraging intel experience to identify candidates with TS/SCI clearances for US Government contracts.

Bring 4–7 years IC experience, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal customers while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of IC experience; overseas deployment a bonus.
• Experience identifying, recruiting and hiring cleared TS/SCI candidates.
• Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills.
• Self-starter with exceptional communication and time management.
• Must follow processes and be a quick learner.
• Strong negotiation skills beneficial for candidate and company.

Responsibilities

• Perform full lifecycle recruiting of cleared personnel for CONUS and OCONUS programs.
• Screen, interview, and conduct initial and final offer negotiations.
• Source candidates via boards, social networks, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong internal customer and candidate relationships.
• Provide updates to company leadership and work independently.
• Support retention and comply with federal/state laws and policies.
