Job summary

Leading Path Consulting is seeking a Cleared Team Recruiter to provide high-quality, fully cleared, full life-cycle recruiting. Join a small, growing company in the Washington DC area and work with Northern Virginia IC partners to identify and pipeline cleared IT talent.

You will partner with hiring managers and SMEs to coordinate interviews, develop postings, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while contributing to business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting candidates with TS/SCI w/ full scope polygraph clearances.
• Experience with full life-cycle recruiting processes.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Perform fully cleared, full life-cycle recruiting.
• Identify, contact, and pipeline cleared IT candidates.
• Develop compelling job postings and candidate experiences.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill current and upcoming roles.
• Coordinate with SMEs and HR for interviews and processes.
• Identify passive candidates and build strategic recruiting plans.
• Learn business development basics, RFPs, and account management.

Responsibilities

• Fully cleared, full life-cycle recruiting (experience recruiting TS/SCI w/ full scope poly candidates)
• Identifying, contacting, and pipelining cleared IT candidates
• Developing job postings
• Providing unforgettable candidate experiences
• Attracting talent
• Maintaining impeccable client service
• Partnering with hiring managers to identify, manage, and fill current, contingent, and upcoming positions
• Coordinating with technical SMEs, hiring managers, and human resources for interviews and hiring processing
• Identifying passive candidates and managing strategies that address strategic business needs and goals
• Learning about business development, RFPs, account management, client interactions, and how to be successful in the consulting world

Requirements

• Experience recruiting candidates with TS/SCI w/ full scope polygraph clearances for the Northern Virginia Intel Customer and other IC partners
• College degree
