Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems seeks an Intelligence Program Analyst to support the Department of the Air Force at JBSA – Lackland, providing research, briefings, and assessments. The role involves case management, workflow oversight, and collaboration with analysts and tech specialists. TS/SCI eligible candidates preferred.

You will integrate AI/ML tools to accelerate research, planning, and reporting, while adhering to DoW/DAF policies and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of work-related experience.
• At least four (4) years supporting a component of the DoW.
• Experience in research of technology, case management, analysis management, and workflow applications.
• Experience in Law Enforcement, Counterintelligence, Personnel Security, and/or Intelligence Analysis.
• Experience building briefings and presenting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience producing actionable information and research reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intelligence research and prepare intelligence briefings.
• Prepare intelligence assessments and concise written reports.
• Assist with case management, workflow management, and analysis.
• Provide off-site technical intelligence and support to JBSA requirements.
• Collaborate with other intelligence analysts and technology specialists.
• Develop expedited intelligence reports using advanced text and visual analytics.
