Job summary

Gemini Industries seeks an Intelligence Program Analyst – Case Management (Journeyman) to support the DoD at JBSA Lackland, TX with situational telework. You will formally track tasks, develop digital continuity folders, and create 2–3 impactful intelligence products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of work-related experience in intelligence, law enforcement, or related fields.
• Experience supporting DoD/AF intelligence requirements and case management.
• Ability to build briefings and materials for leadership.
• Knowledgeable in applying Generative AI to intelligence tasks.
• Familiarity with DoW/DAF policies and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intelligence research and prepare briefings and assessments.
• Track tasks, suspense, status, and comments; brief on request.
• Develop digital continuity folders with SOPs, workflows, and POC lists.
• Produce actionable information across multiple intelligence disciplines.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to accelerate research, planning, and reporting.
• Adhere to applicable DoD, AF, and counterintelligence regulations.
