We’re excited to announce an opening for a Senior-level Intelligence Planner (ISR) who will redefine how we plan, develop, and execute intelligence strategies for a Combatant Command (CCMD) and the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC).

How You’ll Drive the Mission

  • Revolutionize ISR Projects: Spearhead the planning, development, implementation, and sustainment of cutting-edge ISR projects. Use advanced collection management techniques to optimize processes and boost operational efficiency.
  • Champion Analytical Excellence: Conduct in-depth analysis and research across all realms of ISR and collection management. You’ll craft innovative approaches and compile best practices, TTPs, guides, and detailed studies that set new industry standards.
  • Master Complex System Configurations: Display expert proficiency in designing and managing intricate ISR mission planning systems. Ensure that intelligence roles, responsibilities, and interconnectivity requirements are seamlessly aligned to support high-stakes operations.
  • Achieve Professional Mastery: Successfully complete the prestigious Intelligence Planner Course (IPC) (I/II), cementing your status as an industry leader in ISR planning and innovation.

What You’ll Need to Excel

  • Security & Citizenship: Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility and be a U.S. Citizen—foundations that underscore the trust you’ll place in safeguarding national security.
  • Educational & Professional Excellence: Possess either a Master’s degree with 12+ years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 17+ years of experience, including recent, relevant contributions within the last 2 years.
  • Commitment to Continuous Mastery: You are required to successfully complete the Intelligence Planner Course (IPC) (I/II) and pass the DIA CCMP-F certification exam within one year, ensuring you remain at the forefront of ISR innovation.
  • Preferred Expertise: A deep understanding of intelligence collection methodologies, force management concepts, and USCENTCOM operations will give you a significant edge in this dynamic role.

At Leidos, your role isn’t just a career—it’s a mission to pioneer transformative intelligence strategies that strengthen our national defense. If you’re ready to leverage your expertise to reshape ISR planning and leave an indelible mark on global security, this is your moment.
