The Opportunity

Make a difference; join our team. Support USCENTCOM J2 with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis. Conduct responsive, efficient analysis to support counterterrorism, regional issues, energy, socio-cultural topics, and collection methodologies, helping protect the DoD and USCENTCOM's priorities in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

1. Support planning, development, and implementation of ISR projects, applying advanced collection management principles.
2. Develop policies, guidance, TTPs, and documentation related to ISR operations and collection management.
3. Apply advanced intelligence planning concepts to develop multi-INT collection strategies.
4. Manage policy updates and incorporate lessons learned.
5. Support development of collection strategies and plans across the USCENTCOM AOR.
6. Coordinate with external organizations and support policy and strategy development.
7. Review and adjust collection strategies based on reporting and requestor needs.
8. Ensure operations are streamlined, compliant, and effective.
9. Collaborate with Collection Managers, Strategists, and subject matter experts.
10. Support development of PED policies, SOPs, and architectures.
11. Maintain and update USCENTCOM ISR planning documents and products.
12. Participate in governance events and foster partner relationships.
13. Provide metrics and support to ISR and intelligence planning tools and assessments.

Qualifications

Required:

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• 10+ years of experience with a relevant degree or 14+ years without
• Experience supporting USCENTCOM or COCOM intelligence planning
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective communication with senior officials

Desired:

• ODNI’s IFPC, PACE, or similar certifications
• Previous ISR planning experience in COCOM operations
• Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA products
• Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR
