Job summary

RenXTech, based in McLean, VA, is seeking highly capable intelligence professionals for roles requiring a U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

The team delivers all-source intelligence analysis, written products, and rapid briefings to senior leadership on evolving national security challenges. Candidates will provide expert guidance, manage multiple projects, and communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal form.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience in All-Source analysis.
• Experience writing IC-related documents.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, provide written products and briefings.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to customer leadership.
• Present research and briefing senior level managers quickly in a fluid environment.
• Actively produce collection and develop strategies with leadership involvement.
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Serve as the main point of contact between field and office guidance.

• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to customer leadership.
• Present research and briefing senior level managers quickly and thoroughly and be able to react to a highly fluid environment.
• Actively produce collection, develop strategies, engage leadership, and implement plans.
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as the main point of contact between field and office guidance.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in All-Source analysis.

Experience writing IC-related documents.

Experience and understanding of research, analysis, and use of tools specific to the end customer is highly desirable.

Experienced in creating, reading, and processing all - source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, reports from all disciplines.

Be able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally as well as in writing.

Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university. Related work experience may substitute for education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations.

Be very detail oriented, able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally (daily communication and in presentations) as well as in writing.

Direct Customer experience and tradecraft certifications.

Target salary range: $150,000 - $190,000.
