Job summary

Inflow is a national security services firm providing cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. You will support analysts, engineers, and scientists with intelligence management and administration, based in Fairfax County, Virginia.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph, 8+ years of related intelligence experience, and advanced education paths to demonstrate mission knowledge and analytic capability.

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination
  • At least 8 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • 7 years demonstrated experience related to the specific labor category in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the position
  • Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and technically advanced
  • Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
  • Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems

Responsibilities

  • Review documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting
  • Assist with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings
  • Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities
  • Create read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support
  • Other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in a related area
Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline
High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline

Who will I be working with?

In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.

What level Clearance do I need?

You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

When is this position expected to begin?

This position is contingent upon award.

What will I be doing?

Using your expertise in intelligence management, you will be providing a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. In addition, you will:

  • Review documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting
  • Assist with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings
  • Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities
  • Create read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support
  • Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination
  • At least 8 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • 7 years demonstrated experience related to the specific labor category in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline
  • Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the position
  • Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and technically advanced
  • Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
  • Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
  • Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
  • Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems
  • Ability to provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies
  • Ability to use argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives
  • Comprehensive understanding of Army editing standards, Classification standards and the DIA style guide
  • Possesses elevated skills in writing, initiative, editorial judgment and professional collaboration
