Job summary

Inflow NS is a national security services firm supporting DoD and federal agencies. You will work alongside Government civilians and contractors in Fairfax County, Virginia, delivering data knowledge management support to ensure intelligence professionals access the right data reliably.

The role requires an active Top Secret / SCI clearance (CI polygraph preferred) and a strong background in data governance, architecture, and dissemination across multiple networks.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance; CI polygraph preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; alternative: Assoc. with 7+ years in intelligence.
• 4 years in data integration: governance, architecture, warehousing, quality, metadata, operations, discovery.
• 4 years leading a team and managing work tasks in intelligence planning/processing.
• Experience in foreign disclosure, dissemination, or briefings to diverse audiences.
• Ability to draft SOPs and produce reports with text and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Support government and military stakeholders to provide access to data for analytic production.
• Align processes and technology to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations.
• Utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content and records management systems; shape workflows.
• Compile reports on performance, usage metrics, and future data requirements for knowledge management capabilities.
• Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

When is this position expected to begin? This position is contingent upon award.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in data knowledge management support, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. In addition, you will:

• Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production
• Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes
• Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings
• Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals
  
• Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Desired: Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline
• 4 years of experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
• 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
• Experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
• Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
• Ability to interact with small groups
• DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II or ability to obtain within 30 days of indoc
