Position: Intelligence Management Specialist (Executive Support)

Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly required for a contract to be awarded around October 2026.

In this role, you will:

• Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining databases; monitoring intelligence; assisting with administration and management of RFIs; producing metrics; providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, etc.
• Provide administrative support in coordinating and scheduling senior level video teleconference meetings, managing all conferences, securing spaces for appropriate conference rooms, and disseminating documents for executive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
• Provide additional administrative support to Gov't personnel by creating and maintaining command-wide organization and staffing charts.
• Manage the ordering of supplies, coordination and facilitation of monthly orientation for new employees, and scheduling meetings.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree related to the labor category.
• At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
