Job summary

Peraton in McLean, VA is seeking a Financial Services Budget Execution Voucher Analyst to support the Intelligence Community budget process. The role focuses on developing, executing, and monitoring budgets, validating vouchers, and ensuring accurate, auditable financial records across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of financial vouchers and transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Develop and deliver weekly reports summarizing transaction activity, root causes, and recommended solutions.
• Assist in crafting comprehensive spending plans and monitor financial execution activities; record interagency agreements for Economy Act and other transactions.
• Record and track interagency agreements; ensure funds are allocated properly and reconciled across systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute budgets, ensuring alignment with program goals and resource utilization.
• Provide support to COTRs and Chief of Staff, addressing process inquiries and ensuring data integrity.
