Qualifications

• Specialized experience monitoring multi-year intelligence budgets.
• Experience troubleshooting transactions in automated financial systems (GFEBS, DTS, or equivalent ERPs).
• Ability to analyze budget variances across multiple appropriations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor complex, multi-year security and intelligence financial programs to ensure funding mechanisms are securely applied to joint investigations and operations.
• Provide expert guidance on automated financial systems (GFEBS, STANFINS, dbCAS, CARE, and DTS) and fiscal law to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Conduct independent financial analyses and prepare monthly budget execution briefings to help leadership meet financial goals.
