Job summary

COLSA Corporation seeks candidates to support Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in Quantico, VA. The role involves intelligence analysis, IE development, and collaboration with regional teams across CENTCOM, INDOPACOM, and other commands.

Minimum experience includes a combination of education and years related to information operations, with a TS/SCI clearance being highly preferred. The assignment is full-time, with an end date tied to military leave return (Oct 2026–Sept

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience, or an associate's with 4–9 years, or a high school diploma with 6–13 years of direct experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance required or candidate with ability to obtain it.
Experience supporting Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) and information environment analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop IE products for OIE planners with concise actor and audience estimates.
Provide intelligence support to detailed planning, execution and assessment for OIE.
Produce analytic reports on adversary and threat capabilities in IE contexts.
Identify key actors and systems to generate information power advantages.
Assist in crafting Requests for Information (RFI) across the IC.
Contribute to IE battle-space awareness and targeting concepts.
