Job summary

COLSA Corporation is seeking candidates for an Intelligence Analyst Journeyman to support MCIOC in Quantico, VA. The role covers IE analysis, planning support, and information operations across CENTCOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, AFRICOM and EUCOM.

Must be within commuting distance of Quantico. The position requires a TS/SCI clearance, a related degree or equivalent experience, and experience with Marine Corps information operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 4–9 years of related experience.
• High school diploma with 6–13 years of direct experience in the task.
• Demonstrated analysis support capabilities and knowledge of the information environment.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop products on the IE in support of OIE planners.
• Provide intelligence support to detailed planning, execution and assessment for OIE (PSYOP, CA, SIGMAN, OPSEC, MILDEC).
• Provide analytic products and reports on threat actors and information campaigns.
• Identify adversarial individuals, organizations, and systems that collect and process information for Information Combat Power.
• Assist OIE planners to develop concepts of operations, targeting, and support for IE operations.
• Make recommendations on analytical tools and processes to aid IE analysis and OIE assessment.
• Assist Government personnel in drafting Requests for Information (RFI) for the IC.
• Assist OIE planners to identify IE-relevant actors and assess vulnerabilities and opportunities.
• Assess effectiveness of adversary, friendly, and neutral operations in the IE.
• Develop capability to monitor and maintain IE battlespace awareness for information power advantage.
• Coordinate with external agencies and operational forces in daily operations.
• Identify and assess key actors within an assigned area.
