Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• 0–3 years of progressive work experience in intelligence analysis, or 4–6 years if substituting experience for education.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws and procedures for receiving, storing, and disseminating criminal intelligence.
• Ability to write clear reports, analyze data, and communicate effectively.
• Experience as a crime researcher, investigator, or crime analyst working with public safety data is preferred.

• Skill in data analysis, research, and accessing criminal intelligence databases
• Ability to write clear reports, analyze data, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Experience as a crime researcher, investigator, or crime analyst working with public safety data is preferred
