Job summary

The Wyoming Department of Corrections seeks an Intelligence Analyst to provide investigative support to WDOC and external law enforcement, including DCI. Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and reporting intelligence, maintaining databases, and coordinating with multiple agencies.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and experience with OSINT, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• 0–3 years of progressive work experience (typically in Intelligence Analysis).
• OSINT collection and analysis experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intelligence database per Title 28 U.S. Code Part 23 and maintain information.
• Analyze confidential intelligence for law enforcement operations and programs.
• Coordinate with local, state, federal, and out-of-state agencies.
• Prepare reports documenting criminal activity and create exhibits as needed.
• Assist in trial preparation and provide investigative support.
