Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an Analyst – Intelligence & Advisory to join our team of consultants and practice groups. You will transform ambiguous business questions into structured research, deliver credible insights, and support strategic decisions with data-driven narratives and visuals.

You will own deliverables end-to-end, collaborate with senior teams, and help build reusable research assets while growing your expertise in markets, competitors and buying behavior.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in research, market/competitive intelligence, deal advisory and strategy/management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT services, enterprise technology, cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Translate client questions into structured problem statements and research plans with clear scope and timelines.
• Own end-to-end delivery of research items, synthesize primary and secondary sources, and build executive-ready narratives.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and HTML dashboards that enable self-serve insights.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise research quality and impact.
