Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist to provide administrative support to leadership within the Intelligence Community. You will manage senior leader calendars, read-ahead materials, and briefings, and track RFIs and reports to ensure timely decision-making.

You will mentor teammates, help interpret mission requirements, and adapt to evolving priorities under pressure. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 7+ years of admin support, or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph.
• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
• Experience preparing correspondence, read-ahead documents, and briefings.
• Ability to manage RFIs, task actions, and reports.
• Ability to manage senior leader calendars and maintain rosters and org charts.

• Help clients understand their mission environment and manage tasks and requirements.
• Mentor staff and share expertise to strengthen the team.
• Support time-critical recommendations and decisions under pressure.
