Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist in Riverdale, MD to provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts and senior leaders across disciplines. You will review documents for accuracy, respond to staff requests, and coordinate RFIs, task actions, and reports.

The role involves preparing read-ahead materials for meetings, coordinating with security for access, and supporting cross-domain data transfer and dissemination.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Commands.
• Ability to work under pressure and provide quick turn deliverables.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years intel admin experience or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Create administrative deliverables to support actionable intelligence needs.
• Review documents for accuracy and respond to staff requests for access, coordination, and formatting.
• Manage RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; prepare correspondence.
• Prepare read-ahead documents and materials for official functions and meetings; coordinate with security for access.
• Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
