Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to analysts and senior leaders.
• Review documents for accuracy and respond to staff requests for access, coordination, consolidation, or formatting.
• Administer RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; prepare correspondence and other documents.
• Create read-ahead documents and coordinate with security for guest access.
• Build read-ahead books or materials for official functions and meetings.
• Support cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination.
